When Bruce founded DECS in 2026, he brought with him an MBA from Curtin University and over 46 years of hands-on experience across manufacturing, construction, detailing, and design. He is someone who naturally bridges the gap between deep technical know-how and smart commercial strategy. From small mechanical jobs to massive material handling plants, Bruce knows the ins and outs of every project phase—design, procurement, manufacturing, and construction. For the DECS team, his leadership means having a steady hand at the wheel, spearheading DECS business development team, anticipating hurdles before they pop up and guiding every project forward with practical, real-world perspective.
